Assistant Manager/Manager, Finance Operations

Job Responsibilities

  1. To perform day to day operations relating to finance operations including remittance payment process, perform daily settlement with Bursa Clearing, other regulators , monitoring of cash flow management , perform daily reconciliation and preparation of monthly statement in compliance with relevant rules and regulations
  2. Preparation and updating of relevant policies and procedures;
  3. To attend queries and request from dealer representatives, business support and clients;
  4. To perform bank reconciliation daily basis for the respective bank account maintained.
  5. To perform the required entry in the accounting system for daily and monthly basis.
  6. Preparation of Remisier Commision and Dealer Incentive on monthly basis and ensure the payment is done on timely basis.
  7. To prepare all periodical reporting as assigned from time to time.
  8. To assist in planning and identifying improvement areas in operational tasks to meet the requirement of business.
  9. Ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the relevant authorities and policies and procedures of the Company;
  10. Undertakes any assignments as and when instructed by the superior and/or the Management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance with minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related industry.
  2. Detail oriented and have a good knowledge of accounting and finance standards.
  3. Organized and able to offer solutions for operational perspective and posses’ strong attitude for problem solving and continuous improvement.
  4. Team player with good interpersonal and good communicator.
