Responsibilities:
- Carrying out day-to-day tasks equivalent to an Executive level;
- Conducting research (including data analytics) and providing recommendations;
- To support initiatives that the company aspires to pursue;
- To attend internal and external meetings and assist on presentations;
- Lead and/ or participate in the development and implementation of enhancements to Platforms, Processes and Products;
- Rotation to different roles and functions every six months;
- To undertake any assignments as and when instructed by the superior and/ or the management.
Requirements
- Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.5 or equivalent. Those in the field of IT or Engineering will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years working experience.
- Candidates who are active in co-curricular activities and office bearers will have added advantage.
- Displays leadership qualities, tenacity, positive attitude and high EQ.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
