Manager, Equity Operations

Responsibilities:

• To oversee day to day operations relating to settlement and contract processing and any other tasks related to equity operations functions in compliance with relevant rules and regulations;
• To attend to queries and requests from dealer’s representatives, business support and clients;
• To provide guidance and support to subordinate and branches on complying with internal policies and regulatory requirements and on daily operational queries;
• Operational Activities:
  – To lead the team to perform to deliver operational support that meet business needs for example activities relating to settlement and contract processing;
  – To supervise and manage the team to ensure day to day operational function in compliance with the company and regulatory requirement;
  – To assist in problem solving of the issue related to equity operations;
  – To assist in planning and identify improvement areas in operational tasks to meet the requirement of business;
• Undertakes any assignments as and when instructed by the superior and/or the Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any related fields with minimum 3-5 years of experience in Stock Broking or Investment.
• Detail oriented and willingness to explore new challenges for continuous improvement.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and able to engage relevant stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities would be an advantage.
